By downloading or playing Now Get Ready For ("the app") or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, please review them with a parent or guardian.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own entertainment, under the rules of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded it from.
Purchases and coins
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their policies.
- Coins and hints are for use in the game only. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
- Remove Ads removes ads between puzzles. Optional videos you choose to watch for coins or hints may still appear.
- Head to Head lets the purchaser host games; other players join for free.
- One-time purchases (Remove Ads, the No Ads bundle, Head to Head) can be restored on a new device signed in to the same store account.
Your puzzle suggestions
If you send us a puzzle idea, you agree we may use it, change it, and include it in the game without payment. If we use it, we'll try to credit you by the name you gave us, or by no name if you didn't give one.
Parody and trademarks
Now Get Ready For is an independent parody game inspired by an internet meme. The Elf on the Shelf® is a registered trademark of CCA and B, LLC. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by CCA and B, LLC. All other trademarks belong to their owners.
Fair play
Please don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app or its puzzle pictures, or use it in a way that breaks the law or disrupts other players.
No warranty
The app and website are provided "as is". We work hard to keep things running, but we can't promise they'll always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app or website.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
