Now Get Ready ForPrivacy policy
This policy explains what information the Now Get Ready For app ("the app") and this website collect, and how it's used. We've kept it short and plain. If you have a question, email admin@nowgetreadyfor.com.
The short version
- We don't ask you to make an account, and we don't sell your personal information.
- Your game progress stays on your phone.
- The app shows ads from Google AdMob. Players 13 and under only get child-directed, non-personalized ads.
- Payments are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card details.
Information stored on your device
The app saves your progress, coins, hints, settings, any name you enter for Head to Head, and the birth year you choose on first launch. This stays on your phone and is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
Birth year. We ask once so we can choose the right kind of ads. It's used only on your device to decide ad settings and is never sent to us or to advertisers.
Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads and prevent fraud. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- Players 13 and under: ads are requested as child-directed and non-personalized, limited to content rated for general audiences (G), as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Older players: ads may be personalized if you agree in the consent form shown in the app (and, on iPhone, Apple's tracking prompt). Ads are limited to content rated for teens and up (T) or below, never mature content. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
Purchases
In-app purchases (such as Remove Ads, coin packs and Head to Head) are processed by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases and restore them on a new device. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase details, never your name or payment information. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Head to Head
Head to Head connects phones directly over your local Wi-Fi. The name you enter and your game progress are shared only with the other players in that game, and are not sent to us or stored anywhere else.
Puzzle suggestions and email
If you suggest a puzzle or email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any name you give for the credits. We use it to review your suggestion, reply to you, and credit you in the game if we use your idea. We don't ask players 13 and under for a name, and we ask them to have a parent send suggestions.
This website
If you sign up for launch news, we keep your email address to tell you when the game is out and about new puzzle packs. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed. Forms on this site are processed by our website host. The site doesn't use advertising cookies.
Children
The game is made for all ages. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see or delete any information we hold about you (such as a suggestion email or sign-up) by emailing admin@nowgetreadyfor.com. You can reset ad tracking in your phone's settings, and reset game progress in the app's Settings.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
